Subject :EFFECTIVE CUSTOMER SERVICE TRAINING

Please be inform that a customer service training will be held on the 8th November, at 9:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. This it for all members of staff ,Attendance is compulsory for all staff. All staff have to be dressed in company uniform, all staff must come on time, staff are encouraged to conduct discussion in English. This rules are strictly advice to be followed.

Heads of department will take attendance of their members of staff before the training starts.Before the trainings starts the head of human resource department will ensure the training room is ready.Tables and chairs will be enough for all staff, the training will also include stationery like pens, paper and paper file. we will also prepare lunch for all staff for refreshments.

We also encouraged all staff will follow the rules. There are somethings that can do and not do during the training. For example like talking during the training.
