Task 2

In our opinion, we think that Honda commercial advertising is very interesting and fantastic. The advertisement is effective because the advertisement is very creative, different from other product advertisement. That's a good way for Honda to promote their product. In advertising, Honda using sound to shows the Honda Civic performance and the features. We believes that if after viewing the Honda advertisement, all the Honda fans will interested in Honda Civic.

Business Plan

Business Plan: Tattoo Dine's
Detail of business
We would like to open a business called Tattoo Dine's. It is a tattoo studio with a cafe above it. We have chosen this name for our studio because it represents our business.

Personal Details
We have vast experience in the tattoo industry. I have work as a tattooist in Body Art Studio. Leong has work as a supervisor in Crencz, Seng Wei was a chef in Grand Paragon and Kuan Liang was managing the accounts for Kim's restaurent.

Personnel
To run our business, I will need to employ 8 workers. There workers range from tattooist, supervisor, chef, waiter, waitress, cashier and assistants.
Product/ Servise
We will be doing tattoo's and piercings for all kind's of people. We also have a cafe above it for customers where they can relax.

Market
Our customers are teenagers and young adults. It is because there customers will be interested in our trendy and amazing designs. We currently have many competitors like Body Art Studio, Crencz and so on.

Marketing
To advertise our servise we will be distributing flyers, catalogues, brochures and camecards.

Premises
Our business , which is a studio will be located at Taman Pelangi, Johor Bahru. We have chosen this location because it has a high customer turnover and teenagers hang out there.
We will also need tattoo machinesn, needles and some furniture.
We will also need food.

Objective
We hope to provide a different and unique designs for customers and a unique kind of dining experience.

Subject :EFFECTIVE CUSTOMER SERVICE TRAINING

Please be inform that a customer service training will be held on the 8th November, at 9:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. This it for all members of staff ,Attendance is compulsory for all staff. All staff have to be dressed in company uniform, all staff must come on time, staff are encouraged to conduct discussion in English. This rules are strictly advice to be followed.

Heads of department will take attendance of their members of staff before the training starts.Before the trainings starts the head of human resource department will ensure the training room is ready.Tables and chairs will be enough for all staff, the training will also include stationery like pens, paper and paper file. we will also prepare lunch for all staff for refreshments.

We also encouraged all staff will follow the rules. There are somethings that can do and not do during the training. For example like talking during the training.
